This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and process your personal data when you use https://cs2-overlay-stats.pro (the “Website” or “Service”).

This policy is designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), and the Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

We only process the minimal data necessary to generate your CS2 overlays and manage your account.

  • Account & Profile Data (Steam Sign-In): When you log in via Steam OpenID, we do not collect or store your Steam password. We only collect your public SteamID64, your public persona name (username), and your avatar.
  • Service Data: Game statistics, match history, and configurations required to display your personalized overlay.
  • Contact Data: If you contact us via email or support channels, we collect your email address and any information you provide in your inquiry.
  • Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and technical cookies strictly required to keep your session active and secure.

Under the GDPR, we must have a legal ground to process your data. We use your information for:

  • Performance of a Contract: To provide, maintain, and generate the real-time CS2 stats overlays you request when signing up (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Legitimate Interest: To ensure the technical security of our platform, prevent abuse, fraud, or DDoS attacks (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Consent: To reply to your support tickets or send you essential platform updates (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

We will store your personal data only for as long as your account remains active.

  • If you decide to delete your account or request data erasure, your profile data, configurations, and logs will be permanently deleted from our databases within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain them (e.g., for tax compliance if there are invoices involved).

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. However, to run the SaaS, we use trusted sub-processors:

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, we encourage you to contact us first so we can fix it. However, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos - AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
